Do you offer plans for pet-care businesses with multiple services?
Yes! Gingr is customizable to every business's pricing and services. Every plan comes with a mobile app, online portal, integrated payments and retail functionality, and you can choose the specific plan you need based on features designed for grooming, boarding, training, daycare, multiple locations, etc.
Can I transfer the data from my current system to Gingr?
Absolutely! We have a free import template you can populate on your own, or we can do the leg-work for you for $350. Paid data imports have a four business day turnaround time. In general, we can transfer owner and pet information, future reservations, retail, and package credits from most software providers—as long as the data can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. If you don't have a lot of data to transfer, it may be more practical to have your customers register through the customer portal. A benefit to this approach is that you can start fresh with updated owner and pet information.
What support does Gingr offer for current customers?
We offer stellar support via phone/email/live chat, along with a knowledge base, status updates and more in our Current Customers resource center.
Is Gingr easy for pet parents to use?
Absolutely! We designed our mobile app to be easy and intuitive for anyone with a smartphone to use. Pet parents can check status reports on their pets while they’re away, upload vaccination records, book appointment and more with your business via the app anywhere, any time.
