Absolutely! We have a free import template you can populate on your own, or we can do the legwork for you for $350. Paid data imports have a four-business-day turnaround time. In general, we can transfer owner and pet information, future reservations, retail, and package credits from most software providers, as long as the data can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.
If you have minimal data to transfer, it may be more practical to have your customers register through the customer portal. A benefit to this approach is that you can start fresh with updated owner and pet information.
