Absolutely. While we offer a free import template if you’d like to transfer the data yourself, we understand that switching software can feel overwhelming. With our paid data import service, our onboarding team will handle the heavy lifting for you. We can securely migrate owner and pet information, future reservations, retail, and package credits from most providers if the data can be exported into a spreadsheet or CSV file.
While the exact implementation timeline depends on the size and complexity of your facility, on average, we suggest:
- Allowing 30 days for setup, testing, training, and data migration.
- Planning on dedicating 10 to 40 hours to getting up and running, depending on how complex your business is.
Additionally, implementation will be led by a dedicated Gingr specialist who will walk you and your staff through the entire process.
