We're thrilled to announce some exciting updates: a redesigned slideout panel for 2-way SMS, an All-in-One Multimedia Messaging subscription option, and a consolidated Communications tab on the owner profile!
Redesigned 2-Way SMS Experience
Apps subscribed to the 2-way SMS feature will now see a new slideout messaging window with these key improvements:
Toggle quickly between read and unread messages
Easily search for owners to start a conversation
View pet parent details right from the text conversation
Quickly start a new appointment or reservation booking from the owner details

All-in-One Multimedia Messaging Bundle
This new subscription add-on option is chock full of must-have features that will save your business time and money.
Ability to add photos, videos, and files to text messages
Create canned SMS templates for streamlined communication
Set up auto-replies for automated responses, such as after-hours replies
All of this for only $199/year - that’s just $16.50 per month!
Admins can sign up from Admin > Manage Gingr Subscription. If you already have 2-way SMS or SMS Marketing, you can easily switch to the new messaging bundle and automatically receive a prorated credit.

All-New Owner Communications Tab
Having a consolidated view of all pet parent communications in one spot has been a popular feature request, and we’re happy to share that the wait is over!
The new Communications tab on all Owner profiles provides a central hub for all texts, calls, and emails sent through Gingr. You can also create a new communication with the pet parent directly from this tab. Learn more in our help article here.
