Las Vegas was howling with excitement last week as SUPERZOO celebrated its biggest year yet — and Gingr was proud to return to the event to be part of the action! With over 22,000 pet industry professionals and 1,100+ exhibitors packed into more than 350,000 square feet, it was the largest gathering of its kind.
Paw-sitioned in the Groomer’s Marketplace
This year, Gingr was proudly set up in the Groomer’s Marketplace, a hub for professionals looking to level up their grooming services, explore the latest tools, and connect with suppliers. Right around us, attendees could also explore other specialty areas on the massive show floor, including:
New Product Showcase – Featuring over 1,000 new product launches.International Pavilion – Showcasing innovative products from around the globe.
Specialty & Lifestyle – Stylish gear, accessories, and boutique pet products.
Natural & Health – Holistic nutrition, supplements, and wellness-focused solutions.
Farm & Feed – Products designed for larger animals and farm care.
Aquatic, Birds, Reptiles & Small Animals – Enclosures, feed, and enrichment for non-traditional pets.
Emerging Brands – Exciting new players making their debut in the industry.
SUPERZOO’s floor map made it easy to see just how much ground there was to cover!
Across the Exhibition Hall Floor
SUPERZOO truly was a one‑stop shop for pet pros at Mandalay Bay, sprawling across sections like:
New Product Showcase – showcasing over 1,000 debut productsInternational Pavilion – global innovators in one place
Specialty & Lifestyle, Natural & Health, Farm & Feed, Aquatic, Birds, Reptiles & Small Animals, and Emerging Brands — clearly marked and creatively organized zones to explore
Grooming Contests Steal the Show
Of course, the world-class grooming contests were a highlight. Groomers from across the country competed in everything from Handstripping and Creative Styling to Sporting and Wire Coats. Watching these talented professionals transform pets into works of art was both inspiring and a reminder of the creativity and passion that fuels the grooming side of the pet industry.
Highlighting Trusted Brands
Walking the floor, we buzzed by several familiar and stand‑out exhibitors:
- Andis – innovators in grooming equipment, showcasing new tools and sponsoring grooming contests
- Bundle x Joy– delivering joyful, allergy‑friendly treats and supplements, plus exclusive SuperZOO-only show specials and events
- We also connected with industry greats and hyped brands like Tiki Pets, Hill's, SOYSAND, and Joyzee — plus, Gingr customers like Wags to Riches Doggie Daycare & Boarding and Hippie Hounds, stopped by our booth for a chat!
Connecting with Familiar Faces
Reconnecting with Gingr customers face-to-face was such a highlight. We loved offering on-the-spot support—sometimes walking through a feature in real‑time beats emails when you’re multitasking between checking in pets, helping new furry faces socialize, and onboarding fresh staff.
Listening to Real-World Challenges
In our conversations on the floor, many business owners shared how they were still juggling pen-and-paper systems or third-party processors like Square, or cobbling together multiple tools that don’t deliver as they scale. It reaffirmed our belief that there’s real power in a unified platform that offers built-in appointment scheduling, payment reconciliation, marketing tools, reporting, and more.
Live Demos, Swag, and Prizes
To help attendees experience Gingr firsthand amid the hustle and bustle of the tradeshow floor, we offered live demos using a unique silent disco headset system. This let participants tune in and follow along with a clear walkthrough of the Gingr platform—no matter how loud things got around us. Alongside the demos, we shared plenty of swag and allowed visitors to win big prizes, making our booth informative, fun, and memorable.
