  • Build packages using a guided configuration wizard
  • Bundle multiple components under one package
  • Set expiration rules once for the entire package
  • Manage pricing and taxes by location rate group
  • Schedule future rate changes with confidence
  • Automatically notify pet parents when credits are low or nearing expiration

In the Business Portal, packages display as a single bundled item with a clear breakdown of what’s included. In the Pet Parent Portal, customers can easily view package details before purchasing.

Even better? All package sales and usage are fully integrated into Gingr’s reporting, giving you clearer insight into revenue and remaining credits at the component level.

Location-Specific Agreements 

If you manage more than one location, you know how tricky agreement tracking can be.

With location-specific Agreements, you can now:

  • Assign agreements to one, multiple, or all locations
  • Automatically capture the location when an agreement is signed
  • Show pet parents only the agreements required for their booking location
  • Instantly see agreement status with updated dashboard icons
  • Filter signed and unsigned agreement reports by location

New Option: Limit Search Results to Current Location

Multi-location teams can now enable a setting that limits search results to owners and pets connected to the user’s current location. This helps staff quickly find the right records without wading through irrelevant results.

Searches now prioritize:

  • Pets with booking history at the current location
  • Matches based on animal name first (not just owner name)
  • Location relevance for faster, more accurate results

A new setting allows you to limit store credit usage to the location where it was purchased. This keeps revenue tracking clean, strengthens location-level accountability, and aligns with other location-based financial controls already in Gingr.

With this update:
