Sell Memberships in the Pet Parent Portal

Empower your customers to sign up anytime, anywhere. With Gingr 4.4, pet parents can now purchase memberships directly from the Pet Parent Portal, no phone calls or in-person transactions required.

Once enabled, customers will see a new “Shop Memberships” tile in the portal’s Shop section. From there, they can:

  • View membership options and benefits
  • Choose a start date and payment method
  • Review and agree to terms before enrollment

You can manage these options right from your Membership Admin settings or Portal Customization page, giving you total control over what’s available for online sale.

Previously, special pricing for members only applied in-store. With Gingr's latest release, member discounts automatically apply when shopping through the Customer Portal or the Gingr for Pet Parents app.

When a member adds retail items or packages to their cart, the correct discounted pricing displays right away, providing a consistent, transparent shopping experience.
