We’ve upgraded the First Time Booking icon (formerly “First Time Reservation”) to give you clearer, location-specific insights at a glance.

What’s new:

  • Location-aware icons show whether a pet is:
    • Visiting your business for the very first time
    • Visiting a specific location for the first time
  • Color indicators make it easy to understand instantly:
    • Gold = first visit ever
    • Green = first visit at this location (but not their first overall)

More Precise Membership Discounts (Per Unit Pricing)

Memberships are one of the most powerful ways to build predictable revenue and customer loyalty. With 4.8.0, they just got even smarter.

What’s new:

You can now choose to apply special pricing benefits per individual service or service option, instead of per grouped line item.

Here’s the difference:

Before:
Discounts could apply to an entire grouped line item (even if it included multiple services)
  • Now (optional setting):
    Discounts are applied per unit, ensuring:
    • Each service uses one benefit
    • Limits are respected accurately
    • Any extra services are charged at full price

Bonus: Invoices now show discounts broken out per service—giving you and your customers clearer visibility.

Reports now consistently include data based on:

You can also filter certain reports (like Expired Vaccinations) by:

  • Home Location
  • Booking Location + date range
