As the business kept growing, Tim and his team had a crucial realization. They asked themselves, “Do we want to be kennel people?" This question sparked their determination to learn and evolve. They embraced the steep learning curve, figured out what they liked, and developed their unique approach, now known as “Pack Therapy", focused on socializing and rehabilitating dogs.
With eight employees and growing fast, Como Pet Lodge went from being a fascinating hobby to a bustling professional pet- care business.
