At Gingr, we believe the best software for pet-care businesses is made by people who get pet care—and that includes a team with brilliant women who bring passion, empathy, and a lot of pet-care love to their work. In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re proud to introduce you to three of our team members who help make Gingr the supportive, pet-loving business it is! From customer support to sales and QA, they’re not just part of our team—they’re leading the pack.

Abigail Missimo

Business Development | Former Dog Trainer | Dog Sport Enthusiast

You might know her as the friendly face on the other end of a Gingr sales demo—but before joining our team, Abigail (Abbie) was boots-on-the-ground in the pet-care world as a professional dog trainer. Her firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of working for a pet-care business gives her a unique perspective when helping prospective customers find their perfect fit with Gingr.

Abigail Missimo

“I love working for Gingr because I get to help other pet-care professionals with their businesses every day,” she says. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their growth.”

When she’s not connecting with new customers, you can find Abbie out in the field with her dog, Scout, competing in conformation and hunt tests. She also loves spending time with family—and we know she brings that same warmth and loyalty to every client conversation.

Natasha Adams

QA Analyst | Rescue Founder | Disney Adult

Natasha’s journey into tech started in a dog daycare and led her all the way to quality assurance at Gingr—but her passion for animals has always stayed front and center. After earning her B.S. in Health Sciences, she opened her own dog rescue and worked at a dog daycare that used Gingr daily. That hands-on experience made her a natural fit for our support team, where she thrived before being promoted to QA Analyst.

Natasha Adams

“There are so many reasons why I love working for Gingr,” Natasha shares. “Our team is full of some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. It’s clear that everyone wants what’s best for each other and our product.”

Outside of work, Natasha is a woman of many talents. She teaches dance, reads voraciously, visits Disney World as often as possible, and enjoys life with her three beloved pups. Her ability to balance creativity, curiosity, and compassion is just one of the many reasons we’re lucky to have her on Team Gingr.

Alexandra Loveland

Business Development Representative | Equine Advocate | Animal Lover

With five years of experience in business development and over 16 years as a natural horse trainer, Alexandra brings a unique blend of professionalism and passion to her role at Gingr. She also serves as Vice President of her family’s nonprofit, Chevalia Estancia, which is dedicated to equine and animal sentience education.

Alexandra Loveland

“Working at Gingr puts a smile on my face every day,” she says. “I feel so blessed to be part of a company that truly cares about people and animals.”

Living on a ranch in Utah, Alexandra shares her life with a diverse crew of animals—11 Friesian and Andalusian horses, two goats, two ball pythons, chickens, two cats, and a rescue pup named Vashti. She also finds joy in baking vegan treats, playing guitar and cello, and connecting with the pet-care community through her role at Gingr.
