The Digital Whiteboard provides back-of-house staff with a real-time, visual overview of check-ins and check-outs, eliminating the need for loud verbal updates and helping prioritize which pets to move first.
Displayed on a TV screen or monitor, the Digital Whiteboard updates automatically when a pet checks in or out. Customizable settings allow you to control which reservation types appear, set time durations for updates, and adjust the number of entries displayed. Icons and timestamps offer quick details at a glance, ensuring staff stay informed throughout the day.
Pro Tip: Use a commercial-grade TV or a streaming device with a web browser to keep the display active all day!
Gingr’s Call Logs feature helps track inbound and outbound calls manually, making it easy to maintain a clear history of customer interactions. With detailed records, your team can improve communication, follow up on inquiries, and ensure important details aren’t lost.
Once enabled in Admin > Advanced Settings, calls can be logged directly from the Owner Profile or through the Owners & Pets > New Call Record. Categorize calls by type (e.g., new customer inquiries, grooming reminders) and access detailed reports to filter by date, call type, or customer. Calls logged on a pet parent's profile also appear in the Communications tab, consolidating all interactions in one place.
The View All Owners and View All Animals pages offer a powerful way to filter and customize your pet-care database, whether you need a quick list of pets with allergies, pet parents with active memberships, or a report for marketing campaigns.
Customize these views by adding relevant fields in Admin > Owner Form or Animal Form. Use filters to refine results, export lists, and even target customers with marketing campaigns. Let's say you're running a sale on Kongs, for instance. Add a Favorite Toy column to View All Pets, filter for dogs who love Kongs, and send a targeted campaign!
